Scale up through cooperation and test our upcoming digital programme in preview!
Building impact through strategic cooperation
As scaling experts at ScaleChanger, we have explored and supported various strategies to sustain and grow the impact of the organisations we work with.
One such strategy, cooperation, is increasingly seen as a key approach to tackle current challenges, such as the decline in public funding (with a 41% reduction in grants in France between 2005 and 2020) and the growing need to address contemporary problems (poverty, isolation, ecological transition, etc.). Joining forces can become an opportunity to explore as cooperation not only allows for pooling resources, sharing expertise and gaining visibility, but also enables the creation of a more coherent, stronger, and systemic response.
The experience of Social Impact through Sport (ISS) provides a concrete example where three associations involved in socio-sport managed to build an ambitious national cooperation.

Try a new digital training programme in preview!
Are you a social enterprise or an SESO based in France? Join the test phase of a new digital training curriculum developed as part of the European project DIGI SEII – Digital Scaling for Social Enterprises. This programme is designed to help impact-driven organisations strengthen their digital skills, better structure their operations, and increase their impact.
We are currently looking for volunteers to test the content before anyone else and provide feedback on its relevance, format, and usefulness. This is a flexible commitment ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the level of detail you wish to explore.

👉 Why this project?
Digitalisation is transforming organisational models, and social enterprises must not be left behind. However, many lack the tools, skills, or resources to take advantage of these changes. DIGI SEII, launched in 2024 for three years, aims to bridge this gap by creating practical training, directly supporting social organisations, and helping to build the capacity of SESOs.

DIGI SEII is led by the Euclid Network, in collaboration with Reach for Change, ESSEC Business School, Social Economy Ukraine, Academy of Entrepreneurship, and EIT Digital.
